Retail Brand Ambassador
About The Position
Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring a Retail Brand Ambassador to represent its window and door products at Costco and retail events. The role focuses on having friendly conversations with shoppers, generating interest in the products, scheduling qualified in-home consultations, and educating homeowners about the company’s products and services. Ambassadors also set up and maintain branded displays and help generate leads that contribute to company growth. The position does not involve hard selling or cold calling. The role offers a guaranteed base pay of $20 per hour, plus weekly bonuses for each qualified appointment. The posting lists compensation of $25–$35+ per hour when base pay and performance bonuses are combined, with top performers potentially earning more. Schedules are flexible and may include days, evenings, and weekends. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided, with opportunities for career growth into sales and leadership roles.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Have a smartphone.
- Be able to stand and move throughout the shift.
- Be able to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup.
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Be comfortable starting conversations with strangers and hearing “no.”
