About The Position
Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring a Retail Brand Ambassador to represent its window and door products at Costco and other retail events. The role focuses on friendly conversations with shoppers, generating interest, educating homeowners, and scheduling qualified in-home consultations. The position offers a $20-per-hour base wage, unlimited weekly bonuses for qualified appointments, and paid training and coaching. Top performers regularly earn $25–$35 or more per hour, with potential to earn significantly more. The opportunity may suit people launching a sales career or seeking flexible part-time work, with potential career growth into sales and leadership roles. There is no hard selling, cold calling, or prior experience required.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation.
- A smartphone.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Confidence starting conversations with strangers and comfort handling rejection.
- Interest in a performance-based environment where effort can affect earnings.
