About The Position
Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring a Retail Brand Ambassador to represent its window and door products at Costco and other retail events. The role focuses on friendly conversations with shoppers, generating interest in products, and scheduling qualified in-home consultations. It offers a $20-per-hour base wage plus performance bonuses, with top performers regularly earning $25–$35 or more per hour. Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation.
- A smartphone.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Confidence starting conversations with strangers and comfort hearing no and moving on.
- Interest in a performance-based environment where effort can affect earnings.
