About The Position
Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring a Retail Brand Ambassador to represent its window and door products at Costco and other retail events. The role involves engaging shoppers in friendly conversations, generating interest in the products, educating homeowners, and scheduling qualified in-home consultations. Brand Ambassadors also set up and maintain professional branded displays and help generate leads that contribute to company growth. The position does not involve hard selling or cold calling; instead, it focuses on conversations with interested homeowners. The role offers a $20-per-hour base wage plus unlimited weekly bonuses for qualified appointments. The posting states that top performers regularly earn $25–$35 or more per hour, with potential to earn significantly more. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided, and career growth into sales and leadership roles is available. Flexible scheduling may include days, evenings, and weekends. No prior experience is required.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Have a smartphone.
- Be able to stand and move throughout a shift.
- Be able to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup.
- Be comfortable initiating conversations with strangers, hearing 'no,' and moving on to the next opportunity.
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Enjoy a performance-based environment.
Nice To Haves
- Retail, hospitality, customer service, marketing, fundraising, event staffing, or sales experience is a useful background, but is not required.
