About The Position
Infinity Replacement by Marvin is seeking high-energy individuals for a Retail Brand Ambassador role. This position offers a guaranteed base pay of $18/hour plus unlimited weekly bonuses for every qualified appointment, with top performers earning $25-$35+ per hour. The role involves representing a premium national brand at Costco and retail events, engaging shoppers in friendly conversations, generating interest in window and door solutions, scheduling qualified in-home consultations, and educating homeowners about products and services. It's a performance-based role with flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for career growth into sales and leadership. No hard selling or cold calling is involved, focusing instead on great conversations with interested homeowners. No prior experience is required as paid training is provided.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation

- Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup
