About The Position

Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring a Retail Brand Ambassador to represent its window and door products at Costco and retail events. The role involves engaging shoppers in friendly conversations, generating interest in products, and scheduling qualified in-home consultations. Ambassadors educate homeowners about products and services and set up and maintain branded displays. There is no hard selling or cold calling; the role focuses on conversations with interested homeowners.

The position offers a guaranteed base pay of $22 per hour, plus weekly bonuses for qualified appointments or leads. The posting says top performers regularly earn $30–$35 or more per hour. Schedules are flexible and may include days, evenings, and weekends. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided, with potential career growth into sales and leadership roles. Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
