About The Position

As a temporary Retail Bagger/Stocker, you will primarily pick and bag Buy Online, Ship from Store (BOSS) orders and stock shelves from the freezer. You will also help receive deliveries and place products in the walk-in freezer. At times, you may bag products for in-store customers and carry them to their vehicles. The role supports store operations and customer service, including inventory updates, curbside and BOPIS order assistance, store cleanliness, and opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with team members.
Able to ensure correct item selection, proper checkout bagging, and accurate inventory updates.
Understanding of retail operations, including BOSS and BOPIS processes.
Familiarity with product locations, basic stocking procedures, and health and safety standards.
High attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment.
Able to accurately adjust and maintain inventory levels in the POS system.
May operate a two-wheel cart.
Available to work on high-volume sales days.

Responsibilities

Accurately select items and prepare Buy Online, Ship from Store (BOSS) orders for shipment.
Identify and restock front-end products as needed, and stock freezers according to operational procedures and the Store Manager’s guidance.
Update inventory in the POS system daily to maintain accurate stock levels for BOSS order fulfillment.
Support store opening and closing procedures, including securing the store.
Bag customers’ items during checkout, distributing weight reasonably among bags.
Carry and load bagged merchandise into customers’ vehicles.
Assist with line control and manage the flow of guests entering the store during busy periods.
Pick and pull orders for curbside customers.
Answer the phone and guest questions; assist with picking, packing, and finalizing BOPIS orders.
Assist with receiving deliveries and placing products in the walk-in freezer.
Help maintain the store’s appearance and sanitize surfaces throughout the day.
Clean the store, including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms.
Perform other duties as assigned.
