About The Position

Promote and support Red Wing Shoe Company’s high-quality brand image through professional selling, building customer loyalty, and developing long-lasting customer relationships. The role delivers the Ultimate Fit Experience (UFX), sells premium products, and provides conscientious customer service. It also supports the daily operations of a retail store and helps maintain a safe, healthy, and well-presented sales environment. The targeted hiring range for this part-time position is $16.90–$22.26 plus commission, depending on qualifications. Pay within the range is based on factors such as job-related skills, competencies, experience, education or training, and market demand. Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
Must be age 18 or older within 30 days of application.
1–2 years of relevant experience.
Results-oriented approach.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Computer utilization skills.
Ability to lift 50 pounds; bend or squat to lace shoes; lift overhead; twist; climb a ladder; and stand for long periods.
Ability to perform housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, mopping and waxing floors, washing windows, using disinfectant chemicals, disposing of trash, maintaining recycling, and installing and maintaining furniture, fixtures, and displays.

Recommend appropriate accessories and educate customers about their benefits.
Generate industrial sales leads.
Meet and exceed daily productivity and sales goals.
Maintain sales-floor presentation, store signage, and housekeeping standards.
Maintain product knowledge and proficiency in technical and operating standards through continuous learning.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organizational standards and legal regulations.
Provide direct support for daily retail store operations.
Maintain knowledge of the company’s electronic communication software.
Establish, follow, and enforce organizational quality-system standards to maintain quality service.

Perform additional duties as required and build collaborative relationships with colleagues and other key contacts.
