About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring Nike’s “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products and delivering a strong in-store experience. The role involves serving consumers across store zones in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment while working collaboratively with teammates to build brand trust and loyalty.

The position requires committing to stated availability and maintaining flexibility. Overnight shifts may be scheduled between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM, while schedules vary based on location, season, store needs, and business demands. Managers will make every effort to schedule within an employee’s availability, though business needs may sometimes require different or additional availability. The starting hourly rate is $19.00.

Requirements

• Flexible scheduling and availability to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts based on store and business needs.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
