About The Position

Marc Jacobs International seeks a Stock Associate to join its Citadel Outlet in Commerce, California. The Stock Associate maintains back-of-house operations and supports the sales and management team, reporting to the Store Manager. The role includes maintaining stockroom and sales-floor standards, handling product deliveries and transfers, and supporting accurate inventory processes. The position requires flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the physical ability to lift or move up to approximately 50 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, climb ladders, and stand for the duration of a shift. Requirements

At least 1 year of retail experience, focused on back-of-house responsibilities.
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
Computer skills, including operating a POS and navigating Microsoft Office.
Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds.
Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel; climb ladders; and stand routinely for the duration of a shift.

Responsibilities

Maintain the stockroom and sales floor to company visual and cleanliness standards.
Support the store team in exceeding customer expectations.
Handle weekly shipping and receiving of product deliveries.
Communicate shipment discrepancies to the Store Manager promptly to help avoid inventory errors.
Process internal product transfers and client orders in a timely manner.
Prepare and execute cycle counts of product categories.
Prepare the stockroom and sales floor for annual inventory.
Resolve product inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments.
