About The Position

The Retail Associate, referred to as an Athlete, represents NIKE and helps customers make informed product choices in a high-volume, fast-paced store. The role focuses on customer service, teamwork, and creating welcoming customer experiences while supporting store goals. Associates contribute to customers’ shopping journeys and work with teammates to deliver service and maintain the store.

This is a seasonal overnight position at the Nike Orlando Service Center in Orlando, Florida. The schedule is 32–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends, with stated hours of 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Starting pay is $18.70 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Use authentic customer service to help customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Operate a cash register; perform shipping and receiving duties; stock products; clean; and build visual displays, with or without accommodations.
• Attend store events and show up for teammates.
