About The Position

As a Nike Retail Associate, also referred to as an Athlete, you are the face of NIKE and help customers make informed choices in a high-volume, fast-paced store. You work with your team to provide customer service, support store goals, and create welcoming customer experiences. The role also involves handling products and store operations, including register use, shipping and receiving, stocking, cleaning, and building visual displays. The position is seasonal and offers 32–40 hours per week at the Nike Orlando Service Center in Orlando, Florida. Starting pay is $18.70 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically so customers feel seen and understood in stores.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
