About The Position

The Retail Associate, referred to as an Athlete, represents NIKE in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment. The role focuses on providing authentic customer service, helping customers choose products that meet their needs, and contributing to team goals and positive customer experiences. Associates support store operations and work with teammates to create welcoming, professional interactions. This seasonal position is based at the Nike Orlando Service Center in Orlando, Florida, with a schedule of 32–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends. Starting pay is $18.70 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically so customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Operate a cash register and perform shipping and receiving duties.
• Stock products, clean, and build visual displays, with or without accommodations.
• Attend store events and support teammates.
