About The Position

As a Nike Retail Associate, referred to as an Athlete, you represent NIKE and help customers make choices that meet their needs in a high-volume, fast-paced store. You work with teammates to deliver customer service, contribute to shared goals, and create welcoming customer experiences. The role includes supporting customers with NIKE products and services and carrying out store operations such as register use, shipping and receiving, stocking, cleaning, and building visual displays.

This is a seasonal overnight position at the Nike Orlando Service Center in Orlando, Florida. The schedule is 32–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends, from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. The starting pay rate is $18.70 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically to help customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
