Retail Associate - Rapid Valley
About The Position
Goodwill of the Great Plains is seeking several Retail Associates to provide an exemplary experience and atmosphere for customers through outstanding service and by maintaining a clean, inviting, and shoppable store. The role handles sales transactions and register supplies, stocks and rotates merchandise, accepts donations, and processes donated items for the sales floor. This is a full-time position paying $15.00 per hour. Goodwill describes its compensation package as competitive and performance-based, with pay commensurate with the employee’s level of responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Ensure sales transactions are rung up appropriately, monies are collected and counted, and correct change is given.
- Maintain cash register supplies.
- Stock and rotate goods on the sales floor.
- Accept donated items safely, courteously, and efficiently according to store guidelines.
- Process donated items to produce inventory for the sales floor.
