About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare. They serve consumers, build brand trust and loyalty, and work as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment. The goal is to provide consumers with an outstanding Nike store experience. The starting hourly rate is $19.00. Part-time roles are typically scheduled for 14–29 hours per week, though the posting also lists a “Part Time Under” category of 5–15 hours per week. Shifts are scheduled according to store needs and employment type. Standard shifts are generally between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; schedules may vary by location, season, and business demands. Managers will make every effort to schedule within the availability provided, but business needs may sometimes require different or additional availability. The role may require flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Physical requirements may include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations. Applicants must be at least 18. Relocation support and work authorization assistance are not available.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
