About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products that inspire them. They serve consumers in a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment, building brand trust and loyalty while collaborating with teammates to provide an excellent Nike store experience. Associates are expected to lead with service, understand consumer needs, know the product, maintain store standards, work toward goals, build connections, and demonstrate integrity and reliability. The starting hourly rate is $15.50. Associates must commit to their stated availability and remain flexible within it. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may be scheduled between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary by location, season, business demands, store needs, and employment type. Managers will make efforts to schedule within provided availability, though business needs may sometimes require work outside it or additional/different availability. Retail hours listed are 32–40 hours per week for full-time, 14–29 for part-time, up to 40 for seasonal, and 5–15 for part-time under. The role requires an online personality and behavioral-preference assessment as part of the application process. Accommodations are available for the assessment and interview process. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, potentially including day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, based on department and store/company needs.
Able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Commit to stated hours of availability and maintain flexibility within those hours.
