About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products that inspire them. They build brand trust and loyalty in a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment, working across store zones and consumer needs as part of a team. The role focuses on serving consumers and providing an excellent Nike store experience. The starting hourly rate is $16.50. Associates must commit to their stated availability and remain flexible within it. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may be scheduled between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Specific schedules vary by location, season, business demands, store needs, and employment type. Managers will make every effort to schedule within provided availability, though business needs may occasionally require work outside it or additional/different availability.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
Physical requirements may include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
