About The Position

The Nike Retail Associate, known as an Athlete, brings Nike’s “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products and providing an engaging Nike store experience. The role serves consumers, builds brand trust and loyalty, supports store presentation, and works collaboratively with teammates in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment. The starting hourly rate is $16.50. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary by location, season, business needs, and employment type. Employees are expected to commit to their stated availability and maintain flexibility, as business needs may occasionally require availability outside of it. This position is posted under the Gila River Indian Community Ordinance GR-02-09. Native Americans receive preference in hiring. Applicants must be at least 18. Relocation support and work authorization assistance are not available. An online assessment is part of the application process. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible scheduling and availability to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekend, and/or holiday shifts, based on department and store/company needs.
Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Commitment to stated availability while maintaining flexibility to meet business needs.
