About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to the store experience. They help consumers discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare, while building brand trust and loyalty. The role works in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs, collaborating with teammates to provide an excellent Nike store experience. Associates are expected to commit to their stated availability and remain flexible within it. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary by location, season, business demands, store needs, and employment type. Managers will try to schedule within provided availability, but business needs may occasionally require work outside it or additional/different availability. Starting hourly rate is $17.00.

Requirements

Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Physical requirements may include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
