About The Position
Palm Beach Tan is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated associate to help customers look and feel their best in a fun, fast-paced salon environment. The associate supports customer relationships and membership retention, explains tanning and wellness services and skin care products, drives sales, and helps maintain salon operations and appearance.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, energetic attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Goal-oriented, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Reliable and punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, building lasting relationships that encourage membership retention and repeat visits.
- Educate customers about tanning services, UV and sunless options, wellness services, and premium skin care.
- Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
- Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities.
