About The Position

As a Retail Associate, you’ll be the face of the store, welcoming customers, guiding them through product selections, and providing an exceptional shopping experience. The role combines customer service, product education, and operational accuracy to create a seamless experience for each guest. Associates represent the brand through genuine interactions, product knowledge, and helping customers find products suited to their needs.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Must be over 21 years of age.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and provide all required documentation.
Must have a valid state-issued ID or U.S. passport.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have no scheduling restrictions.
Must successfully complete all pre-employment background checks.
Must have excellent mathematics skills.
Must be organized, efficient, and able to manage time and resources effectively.
Must be able to push, pull, or lift at least 50 pounds.
Must be able to sit, squat, stand, kneel, bend, or walk for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service experience preferred.
Knowledge of marijuana is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Greet customers entering the retail store with compassion and professionalism.
Accurately and compliantly enter customer information into database systems to verify purchase eligibility.
Complete sales and job duties in accordance with company standard operating procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service through elevated service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge.
Handle cash and debit transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
Work effectively with employees and customers with diverse personalities.
Operate a cash register, computer-based point-of-sale system, and cash drawer.
Clean, stock, and organize the retail store.
Conduct nightly inventory counts of retail store products.
Work as part of a team to meet sales, customer satisfaction, timeline, and compliance goals.
Work on special projects and assignments designated by management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
