As a Retail Associate, you’ll be the face of the store, welcoming customers, guiding them through product selections, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. You’ll bring the brand to life through genuine interactions, product knowledge, and a passion for helping people discover what fits their needs. The role combines customer service, education, and operational precision to create a seamless experience for every guest.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Must be over 21 years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide all required documentation.
Must have a valid state-issued ID or U.S. passport.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have no scheduling restrictions.
Must successfully complete all pre-employment background checks.
Ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Ability to sit, squat, stand, kneel, bend, or walk for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service experience.
Knowledge of marijuana.

Responsibilities

Greet customers entering the retail store with compassion and professionalism.
Accurately and compliantly enter customer information into database systems to verify eligibility for purchase.
Complete sales and job duties in accordance with company SOPs.
Provide exceptional customer service through elevated service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge.
Handle cash and debit transactions quickly and precisely while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
Work effectively with a diverse group of employees and customers.
Operate a cash register, computer-based POS system, and cash drawer.
Clean, stock, and organize the retail store.
Conduct nightly inventory counts of retail store products.
Work cohesively as part of a team to meet sales, customer satisfaction, timeline, and compliance goals.
Work on special projects and assignments designated by management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
