About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products that inspire them. Associates serve consumers, build brand trust and loyalty, and provide an ultimate Nike store experience in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment. They work across store zones and consumer needs as part of a team focused on serving consumers and achieving collective results. The starting hourly rate is $16.00. Associates must commit to their availability and remain flexible within it. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may have shifts between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Specific schedules vary by location, season, and business demands. Shifts are based on store needs and employment type. Managers make every effort to schedule within provided availability, though business needs may occasionally require work outside it or additional or different availability.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store or company needs.
Physical requirements may include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Commit to hours of availability and maintain flexibility within those hours.
