About The Position

As a Nike Retail Associate, known as an Athlete, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products that inspire them. You work in the store to build brand trust and loyalty, serve consumers, and provide the ultimate Nike store experience. The role involves working across store zones in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment as part of a team. The starting hourly rate is $16.00. Committing to your stated availability and maintaining flexibility within it is a core component of retail employment. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s timezone; overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary by location, season, business demands, store needs, and employment type. Managers will make every effort to schedule within provided availability, though business needs may sometimes require work outside it or different availability. An online assessment is part of the application process.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekend, and/or holiday shifts, based on department and store/company needs.
Able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
