About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by providing consumers with a strong store experience. They help consumers discover products that support their needs and performance, build brand trust and loyalty, and serve across store zones in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment. Associates work collaboratively with teammates to serve consumers and deliver the ultimate Nike store experience. The starting hourly rate is $18.50. Scheduling depends on store needs, season, business demands, and employment type. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Managers will make every effort to schedule within provided availability, but business needs may occasionally require different or additional availability. Retail expected hours are 32–40 hours per week for full-time roles, 14–29 hours for part-time roles, up to 40 hours for seasonal roles based on business need, and 5–15 hours for part-time-under roles. The application process includes an online assessment. Accommodations are available for the assessment and interview process. Relocation support and work authorization assistance are not available.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts based on department and store/company needs.
Able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
