About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by serving consumers and helping them discover products that inspire movement and performance. They work across store zones in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment, contributing to a welcoming and supportive store experience while building brand trust and loyalty. The role calls for teamwork, optimism, product knowledge, attention to detail, goal focus, integrity, and reliability. The starting hourly rate is $18.50. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s timezone; overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary according to location, season, store needs, business demands, and employment type. Employees are expected to commit to their stated availability and remain flexible; business needs may occasionally require availability outside of it or additional or different availability. Retail hours may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time hours are listed as 32–40 per week; part-time as 14–29; seasonal as up to 40 based on business need; and part-time under as 5–15. The application includes an online behavioral assessment. Relocation support and work authorization assistance are not available.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible scheduling and availability for retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays based on department and store/company needs.
Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
