About The Position

Promote and support Red Wing Shoe Company’s high-quality brand image through professional selling, building customer loyalty, and developing long-lasting relationships. The role delivers the Ultimate Fit Experience (UFX), sells premium products, recommends and explains accessories, and provides conscientious customer service. It also supports daily store operations, sales goals, store presentation, product knowledge, and a safe and healthy retail environment.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
Must be age 18 or older within 30 days of application.
1–2 years of relevant experience.
Results-oriented.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Computer utilization skills.

Responsibilities

Guide each customer through Red Wing Shoe Company’s Ultimate Fit Experience.
Recommend appropriate accessories and educate customers about their benefits.
Generate industrial sales leads.
Achieve and exceed daily productivity and sales goals.
Maintain the sales floor presentation, store signage, and housekeeping standards.
Maintain proficiency in product knowledge, technical standards, and operating standards through continuous learning.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organizational standards and legal regulations.
Provide direct support for the daily operations of the retail store.
Maintain knowledge of the company’s electronic communication software to obtain necessary information.
Establish, follow, and enforce organizational quality-system standards to maintain quality service.
Uphold Red Wing Shoe Company’s core values and policies.
Perform additional duties as required.
Build collaborative relationships with people the employee works with or interacts with.
