About The Position

As a Converse Retail Associate, you help customers find products that support their performance while contributing to an energetic, welcoming store environment. You bring knowledge of Converse products, maintain store standards, work toward goals, and build positive connections with consumers and teammates. The role calls for service, integrity, reliability, and flexibility in response to store needs. The starting hourly rate is $19.00. Schedules vary by location, season, business demands, and employment type. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Managers will make every effort to schedule within your stated availability, although business needs may sometimes require different or additional availability. Full-time retail hours are 32–40 hours per week; the posting also lists part-time, seasonal, and part-time-under hour ranges. An online assessment is part of the application process. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Be flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
Physical requirements may include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
