About The Position

As a Converse Retail Associate, you help customers find products that support their performance and deliver a welcoming, supportive store experience. You bring energy, product knowledge, attention to detail, and reliability to interactions with consumers and teammates, while helping maintain the store and achieve goals. The role calls for authentic self-expression and a willingness to contribute to Converse’s sport, culture, and creativity.

Schedules vary with store needs, season, business demands, and employment type. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight roles may be scheduled between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Managers make efforts to schedule within stated availability, but business needs may sometimes require different or additional availability. The starting hourly rate is $17.00. An online assessment is part of the application process.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible scheduling and availability to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts based on department and store/company needs.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Complete an online assessment as part of the application process.
