Retail Associate, SEAS - Converse Long Beach
About The Position
Converse is hiring a Retail Associate to create an energetic, welcoming store experience while helping consumers find products that support their performance. The role combines customer service, product knowledge, maintaining store standards, achieving goals, and building supportive connections with consumers and teammates. Associates are expected to act with integrity, communicate honestly, and demonstrate reliability. Schedules vary according to location, season, store needs, and employment type. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may be scheduled between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Managers will make every effort to schedule within stated availability, though business needs may occasionally require work outside it or different availability. The starting hourly rate is $19.00.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
