About The Position

As a Converse Retail Associate, you help customers find products that meet their needs and support their performance. You use your product knowledge and attention to detail to keep the store sharp, work toward goals, and contribute to the pace of the day. You build positive connections with customers and teammates, share your knowledge, and help create an environment where everyone feels seen and supported. You are expected to uphold company standards, communicate honestly, and demonstrate reliability. The starting hourly rate is $17.00. Schedules vary according to location, season, business demands, and employment type. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may be scheduled between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Managers will make every effort to schedule within your stated availability, though business needs may occasionally require different or additional availability. Retail hours may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Be flexible with scheduling and available for retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
Be able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
