Retail Associate - PT & FT Available
About The Position
The Retail Associate is responsible for billing and payment functions while providing strong customer service. The role requires following company standard operating procedures and performing assigned tasks with concentration and dedication. Part-time and full-time positions are available. The position includes acknowledging customers, employees, and vendors; helping customers with purchases and returns; cleaning, organizing, and stocking shelves; answering multiple phone lines; and assisting coworkers. Tier II training is required, and the employee must be willing to become propane certified upon hire. Work hours average seven hours per day, with varied shifts. The work environment is approximately 30% outdoors and 70% indoors, with exposure to propane and gasoline hazards.
Requirements
- Obtain Tier II training.

- Ability to communicate using proper telephone etiquette with customers, employees, and vendors.

Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
