About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare. They build brand trust and loyalty in the store and work across store zones and consumer needs in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment. As part of a team, they help deliver the ultimate Nike store experience.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekend, and/or holiday shifts, based on department and store/company needs.
Able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

Serve consumers by understanding their needs and guiding them to products that support their performance.
Build knowledge of products, attend to details, and help keep the store sharp.
Work toward goals and contribute to the pace and momentum of the store.
Build connections with consumers and teammates, share knowledge, and foster an inclusive and supportive environment.
Communicate honestly, meet elevated standards, and demonstrate reliability.
