About The Position

Associates provide customer and donor service, process transactions, handle and merchandise donations, and contribute to daily store operations. Flexible shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to read, speak, and write basic English.
• Comfort using point-of-sale and basic computer systems.
• Dependable, punctual, and motivated to support a team environment.

• Some retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, positive service to every customer and donor.
• Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately.
• Handle donations with care.
• Sort, price, and merchandise donated goods according to company standards.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Support daily store operations and contribute to sales and production goals.
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
