About The Position

Join a world-class mountain shop as a Retail Associate and help guests find gear and services for an exceptional outdoor experience. The team will train you in selling outdoor gear; no prior experience is required. This is a winter seasonal position for 2026/2027, with part-time hours available. The starting and expected pay is $20.00 per hour. Hiring is rolling, and applications will be accepted until December 15 or until positions are filled, whichever comes first. Retail Associates may work across multiple departments and roles, including resort activities, retail, rental operations, food and beverage support, ticket sales or scanning, lift operations, and base area operations. The position requires working a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends, and spending extended periods standing and moving in an active, team-oriented environment. The minimum age is 14. Housing is not available.

Requirements

At least 14 years of age.

Ability to communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest service and product knowledge.
Outfit guests with the latest outdoor gear; training is provided.
Work with teammates to maintain safety standards.
Perform duties such as cashiering, rentals, or assisting other departments as needed.
Complete other duties as assigned.
