About The Position

The Retail Assistant Store Manager supports the Management Team in operations management and team leadership. The role drives daily store performance, inspires employees, and ensures seamless customer service. It also contributes to store profitability through inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales management. The position may require occasionally lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals, provide outstanding customer service, and foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers' standards for style and innovation, acting as a brand ambassador.
• Monitor stock levels, manage restocking, and organize the sales floor.
• Oversee store systems, scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and other operational processes.
• Implement sales performance strategies, set expectations, and work to exceed sales goals.
• Address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns.
• Occasionally lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
