About The Position

The Retail Assistant Store Manager supports the Management Team in operations management and team leadership. The role drives daily store performance, inspires employees, and ensures strong customer service. It contributes to store profitability by managing inventory, enhancing visual merchandising, and carrying out sales management initiatives. The position may require occasionally lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels, manage restocking, and organize the sales floor.
• Oversee store systems, scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and operational processes.
• Drive revenue growth through performance strategies, clear expectations, and achievement of sales goals.
• Address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns.
