About The Position

The Retail Assistant Store Manager supports the Management Team in operations management and team leadership. The role drives daily store performance, inspires employees, and helps ensure seamless customer service. It contributes to store profitability and success through inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales management initiatives. The position may require occasionally lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals, deliver outstanding customer service, and foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers' standards for style and innovation, acting as a brand ambassador.
• Monitor stock levels, manage restocking, and organize the sales floor.
• Oversee store systems, scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and operational processes.
• Support peak store operations, including occasionally lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Implement performance strategies, set expectations, and exceed sales goals to drive revenue growth.
• Proactively address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns.
