About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Management Team with operations management and team leadership. The role drives daily store performance, leads employees, and helps deliver seamless customer service. Responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and executing sales initiatives that contribute to store profitability and success. The role may involve occasionally lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals, provide outstanding customer service, and foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers’ standards for style and innovation.
• Monitor stock levels, manage restocking, and organize the sales floor.
• Oversee store systems, scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and other operational processes.
• Occasionally lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. to support peak store operations.
• Implement performance strategies, set expectations, and exceed sales goals to drive revenue growth.
• Address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns.
