About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Management Team in operations management and team leadership. The role drives daily store performance, inspires employees, and ensures seamless customer service. It contributes to store profitability through inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales management. The position also supports scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and other operational processes, and may occasionally involve lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
