About The Position

The Retail Assistant Store Manager supports the Management Team in operations management and team leadership. The role drives daily store performance, inspires employees, and helps ensure seamless customer service. It contributes to store profitability by managing inventory, improving visual merchandising, and carrying out sales management initiatives.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals, provide outstanding customer service, and foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers’ standards for style and innovation.
• Monitor stock levels, manage restocking, and organize the sales floor.
• Oversee store systems, scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and operational processes.
• Occasionally lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds to support peak store operations.
• Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies, setting expectations, and exceeding sales goals.
• Proactively address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns.
