About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager supports the management team in store operations and team leadership. The role drives daily store performance, motivates employees, and helps ensure seamless customer service. It contributes to store profitability through inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales management. Responsibilities also include scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and other operational processes. The position may occasionally require lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals, deliver outstanding customer service, and foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers' standards for style and innovation.
• Monitor stock levels, manage restocking, and organize the sales floor.
• Oversee store systems, scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and operational processes.
• Implement strategies to grow revenue, set expectations, and exceed sales goals.
• Address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns.
• Occasionally lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
