Retail Assistant Store Manager
About The Position
The Retail Assistant Store Manager supports the Management Team in operations management and team leadership. The role helps drive daily store performance, motivate employees, deliver seamless customer service, manage inventory, maintain visual merchandising standards, and execute sales initiatives that contribute to store profitability. The position includes overseeing store systems, scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and operational processes. The Assistant Store Manager may occasionally lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. The role requires flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
Requirements

Responsibilities

- Monitor stock levels, manage restocking processes, and organize the sales floor.
- Oversee store systems, scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and operational processes.
- Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies, setting expectations, and exceeding sales goals.
- Address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns.
