About The Position

The Retail Assistant Store Manager supports the store’s management team in operations management and team leadership. The role helps drive daily store performance, motivate employees, deliver customer service, manage inventory, maintain visual merchandising standards, and implement sales strategies to contribute to profitability and store success. Responsibilities also include overseeing store systems, scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and operational processes. The position may require occasionally lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills for inventory and operational tasks.
• Sales management experience, including delivering results and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels, manage restocking, and organize the sales floor.
• Oversee store systems, scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and operational processes.
• Implement performance strategies, set expectations, and exceed sales goals to drive revenue growth.
• Address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns.
