About The Position

As an Assistant Store Manager at Swarovski, you will support a positive work environment, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive commercial results. You will coach and empower the team, serve as a role model and help shape the store’s success. You will also step in for the Store Manager as needed. The role is based at Scottsdale Quarter in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, in luxury fashion, cosmetics or lifestyle brands.
• Some leadership and coaching experience.
• Ability to establish trusting relationships and empower others.
• Excellent customer service skills and digital proficiency.
• Responsibility and ability to take ownership.
• Curious, empathetic and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model by delivering outstanding customer service and a strong brand experience.
• Coach, motivate and onboard team members to maximize performance.
• Support recruitment, talent development and employee relations.
• Drive sales and support monthly plans and targets.
• Oversee store operations, including inventory, cash handling and compliance.
• Step in for the Store Manager as needed.
