About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Management Team in store operations and team leadership. The role drives daily store performance, motivates employees, and helps ensure excellent customer service. It also contributes to store profitability through inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales initiatives. The position oversees store systems and operational processes, including scheduling and opening and closing procedures, and may occasionally require lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals, provide outstanding customer service, and maintain a positive work environment.

• Monitor stock levels, manage restocking, and organize the sales floor.
• Oversee store systems, scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and operational processes.

• Address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns.
