About The Position

As a Retail Advisor, you’ll help customers get the most out of technology that keeps them connected by offering advice, guidance and solutions. The role focuses on building trust, showing empathy and taking ownership to create positive customer experiences, rather than simply selling. The hourly rate is £13.45. You’ll work as part of a close-knit retail team, with collaboration, shared success and learning from colleagues as part of everyday work. Support includes two two-day induction sessions (30 hours in total) during the first two weeks, covering product knowledge, systems and customer experience, followed by ongoing coaching and development. This is a part-time retail role based in York. Shifts are scheduled across store opening hours and may include evenings, weekends and peak trading periods. Shift patterns and working hours will be discussed during recruitment.

Help customers choose products such as mobile phones, tablets, SIMs, accessories, broadband and TV entertainment packages.
Help customers find a price plan and setup suited to their lifestyle.

Work with the team to achieve store targets and strong customer satisfaction outcomes.
