About The Position

The Chiropractor is a key member of a collaborative, innovative, and energetic health care team, providing high-quality, individualized, evidence-based patient care. The role treats patients with a variety of diagnoses, including repetitive stress and athletic injuries, and works both independently and with the broader health care team to optimize patient outcomes and clinic performance metrics. The position is listed as 20 hours and includes benefits. The base pay range is $65.32 to $85 per hour, with pay varying by work location, applicable knowledge, skills, and experience. Requirements

Doctorate of Chiropractic.
Three or more years of clinical chiropractic work experience.
Current license from the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Nice To Haves

Orthopedic and/or sports therapy experience.
Advanced clinical certification, such as CCSP or Rehab Diplomate.
Exceptional clinical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Use advanced clinical reasoning and skills to evaluate and treat complex member cases.
Develop and implement treatment plans that progress toward active care, including exercise and rehabilitation.
Collaborate with the physical medicine rehabilitation team and comprehensive care team to optimize patient outcomes.
Follow Crossover clinical and regulatory standards and health care pathways.
Accurately document patient findings in the shared electronic medical record.
Use objective data to manage patient cases by administering and evaluating standardized functional outcome measures.
Develop new programs, classes, and processes to optimize the member-care experience as requested.
Perform other duties as assigned.
