About The Position
The Restroom Attendant maintains the safety and cleanliness of venue restroom facilities and works with facilities colleagues and guests to provide a high level of customer service. Duties include cleaning and sanitizing restroom surfaces and fixtures, maintaining supplies and equipment, following assigned schedules, and enforcing building policies. The role involves irregular and extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and requires standing for long periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting or moving up to 25 pounds. The work environment may be loud and requires frequent visual and auditory attention.

Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures, hardware, tile, mirrors, partitions, and other surfaces.
- Dust, sweep, and mop floors as needed.
- Replace restroom supplies as needed.
- Report damage and maintenance needs to a supervisor.
- Follow schedules and complete assigned tasks.
- Load and unload supplies and equipment when needed.
- Clean tools, supplies, and equipment after use and store them properly.
- Change trash bags when necessary.
- Enforce building policies.
- Look out for guests’ safety and well-being.
- Communicate with facilities colleagues and guests to provide customer service.
